SITE LICENCE CHARGES for 2008

(Subject to conditions and regulations over and per application form)

CHARGES DUE ON: 1ST February 2008 FOR THE PERIOD UNTIL: 31st January 2009

Permitted Occupation dates

ALL Plots 8th March 2008 UNTIL 17th November 2008

CHARGES: Fall due on the 1st February 2008 & 1st July 2008, & MUST be paid in full. If unpaid, interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on all outstanding accounts, 1 month from payment date. Site fees being paid before 1st February should deduct the discount amount from total charges. 

Site fee can be paid in installments provided a standing order is in place with the Bank prior to 1st February. Contact Office for a form.

DEFINITION: Fully Serviced: Holiday homes & Chalets include electricity, water & sewage.

12' wide Units, 10' wide Units and Chalets are subject to different insurance premiums

The PARK FEE will be paid in THREE PARTS to comply with VAT & FSA Regulations.

Your Insurance cover falls due on the 1st November 2008. Renewal forms must be completed and returned to the Office by then for cover to be maintained, in relation to GISC & FSA policies.

Customers wishing to pay by credit card will be subject to a £50.00 surcharge to cover Card fees.

The Second Part will fall due on the 1st JULY 2008 after we receive the bills for the following services: UBR, Water & Sewage Rates & other vat exempt items etc.

Contents Cover for ALL caravans is £2000, which is included in the insurance fee. This does not include Jewellery & boat/ski equipment etc, these items should be on your household cover.

EXTRA CONTENTS COVER this can be arranged at £1.50 per £100.00 insured.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Site Licences and Fees are not transferable.
PRIVATE SALES OF HOLIDAY HOMES: Sanction to sell on site may be negotiated complying with the Codes Of Practice agreements, which states that a 15% + VAT transfer fee must be paid by the Purchaser, on the sale price which is NOT lower than the offer made by the Park Owner, and the transfer will only take place after the seller has informed the Park Owner in writing of the Buyers Name & Address, and the Buyer has paid the Transfer fee in full. Also the Seller must have paid all outstanding debts in full.
Electricity is chargeable at Eon/PowerGen Tariffs. Meters will be read during September/ October each year.

THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF BY WAY OF SALE OR OTHERWISE ANY CARAVAN LEFT ON THE COMPANY’S PREMISES BY THE OWNER AFTER 28 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED FROM THE DATE OF WRITTEN NOTICE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY TO THE OWNER AT HIS LAST KNOW ADDRESS KNOWN TO THE COMPANY REQUIRING REMOVAL OF SUCH CARAVAN OR 28 DAYS AFTER THE OWNER HAS GIVEN THE COMPANY NOTICE OF HIS INTENTION TO REMOVE HIS CARAVAN AND HAS FAILED TO REMOVE THE SAME WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

Any owner not intending to renew site occupancy for the next season must inform the Company in writing by the 1st February 2008, and have removed their caravan from the Park by the 28th February 2008. Any caravan remaining on the Park after this date, are legally bound to pay the FULL years site fee plus any interest accruing.
